Radiation Safety Officer for Nuclear Supply Chain

Nuvia Canada and Radiation Safety Institute of Canada offer a 3-day Radiation Safety Officer course for the Canadian nuclear supply chain. The course will help nuclear supply chain companies, nuclear utility contractors, and supervisors close the gap in radiation safety knowledge. The Course is a 3-day training delivered by the Radiation Safety Institute of Canada instructors with a hands-on half-day practicum offered by NuviaCanada. The course is unique in Canada, specifically designed to increase radiation safety knowledge for workers going into a nuclear power plant who have not had extensive radiation safety experience. Course participants who attend 3 days of training and pass a test will receive a Nuclear Supply Chain RSO certificate.

Please Note: depending on the epidemiological situation in Ontario we may choose to deliver the theoretical portion online. The practical portion (second half of January 13th) will be delivered by NuviaCanada at Nuvia Plaza in Tiverton as an in-class session, as part of essential service offering.
